Ukrainian Nightmare: The Kremlin Is Weighing Use Of Chemical Weapons

NEW YORK (RichTVX.com) — Kremlin’s false accusations that Ukraine has biological and chemical weapons illustrate that Vladimir V. Putin of Russia is considering using them himself in his war against Ukraine, President Joe Biden said. The content of the Biden speech makes world´s blood run cold. The Kremlin broke another taboo: considering to use chemical weapons to kill large numbers of Ukrainians. Russia and Ukraine, share a common ancestry in Kievan Rus. The laid siege to the city of Mariupol is a warning signal of more dangerous crises brewing just over the horizon. As President Biden notes, a key element of the Kremlin doctrine for a “one-blow, nonstop” military attack on Ukraine would be the first use of chemical weapons to strike Ukrainian air bases, airports, urban districts of Ukraine, key communications nodes, logistics, and armed forces personnel. Putin’s war plans also might call for the offensive use of biological weapons, though concerns about the possible health effects on its own Russian forces. This Rich TVX News Network bulletin examines how Russia plans to use chemical weapons that they have developed. The bulletin is providing insight into what is surely the greatest challenge confronting Ukrainian resistance today. But this bulletin is not only made up of sadness, and death. The courage of the Ukrainian resistance, true to their principles to the last, and despite his increasingly difficult circumstances, also sheds light on events happening today in Ukraine.

Cursed Is The Criminal Aleksandar Vučić Regime

It is difficult to say to what extent, and in what detail the decision makers in the Kremlin have thought through the operational requirements. Russia launched its attack in the early hours again but almost one month into the war its forces have failed to build on initial gains they made across the country. The ferocity of the Ukrainian resistance has meant Russian forces have been forced to change their approach. The Russo-Ukrainian war has been accompanied by growing fears about the use of chemical weapons against the Ukrainian people by the Kremlin. Numerous alarming events in the last days fanned these fears. Serious concerns also emerged as proliferation of chemical weapons has become a fixture on the strategic landscape of the Kremlin, whose leaders view chemical weapons as a shield behind which to pursue aggression against neighbour. And Kremlin´s settling accounts in Ukraine meant that blood would flow, as everyone knew in Belgrade. For the criminal Aleksandar Vučić regime in Belgrade, the war crimes in Ukraine are no reason to distance itself from a regime in the Kremlin that, in the eyes of the world, has blood on its hands. The Aleksandar Vučić ministers in Belgrade had queued up to wash the blood off their hands, and then more bottles of Slivovitz will appear. Aleksandar Vučić has as much blood on his hands as the worst genocidal dictators. Cursed is the criminal Aleksandar Vučić regime in Serbia, cursed is the mother, in which such scum could be born.

Chemical Weapon

A chemical weapon (CW) is a specialized munition that uses chemicals formulated to inflict death or harm on humans. According to the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), “the term chemical weapon may also be applied to any toxic chemical or its precursor that can cause death, injury, temporary incapacitation or sensory irritation through its chemical action. Munitions or other delivery devices designed to deliver chemical weapons, whether filled or unfilled, are also considered weapons themselves.”[2] Chemical weapons are classified as weapons of mass destruction (WMD), though they are distinct from nuclear weaponsbiological weapons, and radiological weapons. All may be used in warfare and are known by the military acronym NBC (for nuclear, biological, and chemical warfare). Weapons of mass destruction are distinct from conventional weapons, which are primarily effective due to their explosivekinetic, or incendiary potential. Chemical weapons can be widely dispersed in gas, liquid and solid forms, and may easily afflict others than the intended targets. Nerve gastear gas and pepper spray are three modern examples of chemical weapons. Lethal unitary chemical agents and munitions are extremely volatile and they constitute a class of hazardous chemical weapons that have been stockpiled by many nations. Unitary agents are effective on their own and do not require mixing with other agents. The most dangerous of these are nerve agents (GAGBGD, and VX) and vesicant (blister) agents, which include formulations of sulfur mustard such as H, HT, and HD. They all are liquids at normal room temperature, but become gaseous when released. Widely used during the World War I, the effects of so-called mustard gasphosgene gas and others caused lung searing, blindness, death and maiming. The Nazi Germans during World War II committed genocide (mainly against Jews but including other targeted populations) using a commercial hydrogen cyanide blood agent trade-named Zyklon B. Discharging it in large gas chambers was the preferred method to efficiently murder their victims in a continuing industrial fashion.[3] The Holocaust resulted in the largest death toll to chemical weapons in history.[4] As of 2016, CS gas and pepper spray remain in common use for policing and riot control; while CS is considered a non-lethal weapon, pepper spray is known for its lethal potential. Under the Chemical Weapons Convention (1993), there is a legally binding, worldwide ban on the production, stockpiling, and use of chemical weapons and their precursors. However, large stockpiles of chemical weapons continue to exist, usually justified as a precaution against possible use by an aggressor.
