H.R.8293 — Balkans Security Cooperation Act

NEW YORK (RichTVX.com) — When David Dragičević was kidnapped by corrupt MUP Police officers of Republic of Srpska, beaten, tortured, brutally raped for 6 days, and then murdered insidiously, we tried to persuade the Aleksandar Vučić Government in Serbia not to cover up the incident and not to protect Milorad Dodik anymore. Instead of getting understanding and support by the Aleksandar Vučić regime by holding those responsible accountable, we actually found an unbelievable criminal scum in Serbia; real human scum in its most despicable form – a mix of murderers, Serbian nationalists and (war) criminals, who refused to listen to any of our arguments and refused any form of cooperation. Even more pathetic than the Serbian government was the Serbian presstitutes faction, so called Serbian journalists of the fake ever-untrustworthy treacherous Aleksandar Vučić media who covered up the David Dragičević case. By the way, these are the same people who are suppressing Yale´s «List of Shame» today. The same Serbian presstitutes are spreading false reports in Serbia right now that the American government has removed Aleksandar Vučić and his brother from the U.S. blacklist, which of course is nonsense. Milorad Dodik’s police apparatus also beat old women, mothers and their babies in the streets of Banja Luka. It was only with the police brutality against the Pravda Za Davida movement that Milorad Dodik emerged as the absolute dictator.

So not only United States imposed «Sanctions on Milorad Dodik», one of the highlights of our efforts was President Biden´s «Executive Order on Blocking Property And Suspending Entry Into The United States Of Certain Persons Contributing To The Destabilizing Situation In The Western Balkans» last year. Now there is a new success to report – the following bill: «H.R.8293 — Balkans Security Cooperation Act», the nail in the coffin for both regimes, a report on security cooperation with respect to Western Balkan countries. Ritchie John Torres, an American politician from New York, and a member of the Democratic Party, introduced the bill; which was referred to the Committee on Foreign Affairs.
