It was again violation against the constitution of the USSR, as only the Congress of People´s Deputies had such a right. Even this decision was unlawful. The only person who voted against this decision was Alexander Lukashenko, the current president of Belarus.

In his post-Soviet speeches he said that he always dreamed of ruining the Soviet Union and that he was an Anti-communist, but the truth is, that the collapse of the Soviet Union is a very interesting practical and conspiratorial problem which still hasn´t been solved. In the 1980s the Soviet Union didn´t pose a military threat to the West. This is because the West had an adequate military response, but the Soviet Union posed a economic threat, because the Soviet Union could knock the West out of a significant part of the world market. Mikhail Gorbachev was nominated by the people in the Soviet nomenclatura and special-forces who decided to become proprietors. Under Mikhail Gorbachev two laws were passed that ruined the country.

1) The first law was for individual labor, which legalized the shadow economy.

2) The second law was for proprietorship, which ruined the consumer market.

The Soviet Union was not doomed for defeat, but the part of the oligarchy that placed and pushed Mikhail Gorbachev still remains in the shadows, and Mikhail Gorbachev is swimming in dubious fame.

Leaving this world will not be easy for Mikhail Gorbachev, may God forgive his actions.
