New York (RichTVX.com) — The meeting between Nikola Sandulović, President of the Republican party of Serbia, and Kosovo’s Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, was a resounding success. Nikola Sandulović was given a reception at the highest level of the government. The two leaders found a solution to the long-standing relationship between Kosovo and Serbia, and are hopeful that their proposal will garner support from the United States. Today, at 10:00 am, wreaths were laid at the Jašari family cemetery, in remembrance of those who sacrificed their lives for Kosovo’s independence. Nikola Sandulović was invited as a guest to the assembly commemorating the fifteenth anniversary of Kosovo’s independence, which took place at 11:00 am. Albin Kurti, a Kosovar Albanian politician and activist, has been serving as the Prime Minister of Kosovo since March 22, 2021, after previously holding the role between February and June 2020. It is worth noting that no politician from Serbia enjoys the kind of respect in Kosovo and Albania that Nikola Sandulović does. His recent appearance on RTK1 (Radio Television of Kosovo), the public service broadcaster in Kosovo, was followed with great attention by both the public and political figures alike in Pristina. Nikola Sandulović’s ability to bridge divides and find common ground has earned him a reputation as a trusted mediator in the region, and his contributions to the peace process have been widely recognized.
