Putin To Send Doomsday Warning to U.S. at WW2 Victory Parade

There could be no going back, he told them. Now, for their survival, they had to go forward with complete destruction of Ukraine. As tanks roll through the city streets in Ukraine, speculation is intensifying over Vladimir Putin’s next move. But many experts assume that, Vladimir Putin will send a doomsday warning to the United States when he leads celebrations marking the 77th anniversary of the Soviet Union’s victory over Nazi Germany on Monday, brandishing Kremlin’s vast firepower while its forces fight on in Ukraine. Putin will speak on Red Square before a parade of troops, tanks, rockets and intercontinental ballistic missiles. In the meantime, the Italian government ordered police on Friday to impound a luxury yacht worth some $700 million that has been linked in the media to Vladimir Putin. The six-deck Scheherazade had been undergoing repairs in the Italian port of Marina di Carrara since last fall.
